Application:
- Step 1: Clean: The surfaces to be sealed must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased.
- Step 2: Apply: Apply the Industro Gasket Maker in a continuous bead to only one of the surfaces that will be joined. Make sure to encircle all bolt holes with the sealant.
- Note: To ensure a proper seal, do not apply the gasket maker between surfaces that are already fitted. Also, the applied bead should be continuous without any gaps.
- Step 3: Assemble: Bring the mating surfaces together and tighten the bolts as soon as possible. The gasket maker will start to form a skin within approximately 40 minutes.
- Step 4: Cure: Allow 24 hours for the sealant to fully cure.
- Step 5: Store: Replace the cap securely after use.
